Well, first, sorry for my bad english, i'm from Uruguay, and i'm going to share my method, and post the proof if i can because a i'm a Newbie .

1- Make an account in Shorte.st

2- Make an Facebook account with the photo of a hot girl, and enter to groups of Facebook that have more than 20,000 members.
3- Copy the direct link of the photo to the url shrinker and shrink it.
4- Start posting the link on all the groups saying like: Add me please, the link is going to show the photo, if they click the PHOTO they will be redirected to your link of Shorte.st DDDDDDDDD!

In 2 days, very easy method.
You can double the earnings making 2 or more Facebook accounts .
PD: They pay every 10th of the month, so going to update the post when they pay.
Minimum pay: 5$

Going to investigate that, i have another method that people of South America uses to earn money online, and some people are earning 5k$ in a month, but can't post a guide because i'm new , so, waiting to share the method with the community .

I am confused
Shorte.st shows the payout rate for Uruguay as $0.37 per 1000 views but your image shows as if it were paid $1 per 1000 views.
Is that accurate or not?
Because it shows the payout rate for United States at $3.97 per 1000 views which would mean more money for less effort

Yeah, but the payout rate depends on the country the people who vie the ads are from, not you (the publisher/earner). He got views from countries from different tiers, obviously.
