My Review:

I got the report after a couple of days. So I consider the delivery time pretty fast.
Article quality is decent. Readable and grammar error free.
Here are some stats about the website:
PR1, DA 27, CF 27, TF 15.
LMost anchor text is the website name. The downside I see with the link profile, is that most incoming links are no longer alive (dead websites).
Website has a nice design.
Other aspects:
1. Same adsense code is found on 11 other websites. Also, I found incoming links from some of this 11 websites.
2. 7 other sites share the same analytics code.
3. From 12 posts I checked on the domains, 11 look like guest posts having 1 outbound links. Only 2 posts had 2-4 outbound links.
Now although the owner might be a genuine blogger, the website looks like a place made only for guest posts.
