GSA Running Super Fast on SSD!

Hi - I just started leasing a dedicated server for GSA that uses SSD drives instead of HDD and my overall links per minutes on a similar system seems to have jumped up around 20 LPM.

I was using a server from xlhost then switched to verticalswitch using a promo code for 50% off

Has anyone else seen performance gains like this using SSD drives?

Don't want to bash you but i am getting 20 - 25 LPM with 20 proxies and 150 threads. Not SSD. I think others are getting much more than 20 LPM.

Heard about 50 - 75 LPM... Some 500 threads orso.

I recently made the switch from a HDD dedi to SSD and I definitely enjoy the performance. I can't say I've noticed a massive difference, but it is a bit faster. 20 LPM is decent but if you're running a solid verified list 100+ LPM isn't too hard to achieve.

I think OP was saying the lpm jumped up BY 20lpm not TO 20lpm.

im sure ssd would make some difference, but I think proxies, bandwidth and CPU are most important.

I was on 80-90LpM on my server and a good list shot that up to 140 LpM. I dont know how much of a difference SSD will make but there are MANY small tweaks in GSA that can shoot up the LpM by ALOT. So before you switching servers I'd recommend fine tuning your settings and see if you get something better out of it.

Oh I meant it increased 20+ LPM. So im running dual 4 core processors, 16GB of RAM, and 400 threads and get around 65LPM. That is only from searching too. Not pre loaded lists.

Ordered the server with windows and installed GSA

Havent had any complaints about bandwidth or form spam. I use semi private proxies too.

On another note after checking their site, i see that their plans are pretty cheap once you apply the coupon.
Does that coupon gives you a recurring discount or it's only for the first month or something like that? Can you please share the coupon with us?

Idk if a SSD will increase your lpm but I just got my first SSD about 3 weeks ago and man, I will never use HDD again

LPM is dependent on so many things, sometimes I'm running at 200 LPM sometimes 20 LPM. Got a dedi with ssd
