I own a webstore and I have a friend who can send for me approximately 100k emails daily. He is using scraped emails, could this end in a bad way for me, because I am the owner of the store? I mention that I am located in Europe, the target mails are from USA and my store is not incorporated. Please help me with some suggestions I don't know the rules, is the first time when I try something like this.

You are right. It will definitely end in a bad way for you, until you send emails to your subscribers.

Wow, hadn't heard of that spammer's killing.

Welcome to BHW, OP! Be careful with your email marketing, it can be hazardous ;)

Word of warning from someone who has been involved in email marketing for the past year or so; Make sure all the data is opt-in. As long as they have provided their consent to receive third party emails from you then you are covered. If the data is "dirty" then you may have some problems further down the line and to be honest, it will be difficult to get the conversions from it anyway.

100k in email is like saying you wanna make 5 bucks a day.

j/k. you won't make much from that though.

scraped data always have poor conversions ratio.

Email marketing ia like an art. Kindly develop a good E-Commerce site to get the people mail id who are interested to purchase in your shop while they enters your website. If it is an bulk mail continuous that will be obviously a spam and annoy the customers to spread bad reviews about your store.

There is no Mod will warn people who send mass PM to all like BHW... lol

what r u selling? and where is your friend emailing from? (country)

Jewelries and my friend is from Romania.

What if I buy email lists from a specialized company? They told me is 100% legit to send my marketing messages to the consumers from the list. Should I trust them? Or they just make me buy their lists?

Best thing you can do is check the company out. If they have been in the industry for a while then you can assume that what they say is legit. Request a list of current partners. If they refuse then I would avoid them entirely. Do your research, do not jump in head first with a decision that could jeopardize your company in the long run.

Are you thinking SPAM free? Keep drip timing, delay timing, Call-to-Action Title and below 10KB body letter. That's better

Usually nothing bad will happen, just make sure you don't spam too much.

How to convert email list in to optin list? Is there any blackhat way for that?
