How do we communicate with the VA ? Over Skype/voice?

The he av that can program and web design, what programming languages do they know?

Do you offer trials (paid for of course)? Like 1 day trial or something just to get a feel for what they can do, how it works and so on?

We do not allow direct contact with the VAs for our business policy, but I am the project manager and you can talk to the VAs via me.

We have Skype (ID = *******************) and you can add me and we will carry on from there.

We have C, C#, C++, VB. Java, Python, Perl, so on coders and all mostly used languages' coders as a "Programming VA". As a "Web Development VA", they know HTML, PHP, CSS, JS, Databases, MySQL and so on .....

You can have a weekly trial (paid) and after that if you are satisfied, then you can go for the monthly plan - is this okay with you ?

Do you have ad hoc VA? Meaning work as and when needed.
 
Hi OP - do you outsource VA work to others, if so then PM me since I would be interested for the same.

@W130SN - Definitely we have VAs - we are working on several orders placed by BHW members, but those links were our personal requirements on small jobs. Anyhow post reported to Mods for posting non-sale related post on a sales thread.

Why would I hire your VA's if you are going to outsource the work?

I am just trying to clarify that you have enough staff.
This is a legitimate concern and as a potential customer I think I am within my rights to ask the question.
