For everybody that is complaining. Just remember communication goes both ways. Be polite and sincere as it is easier to listen and guide a person who is understanding rather than just blaming and continually posting on the thread about his issues. Email or skype him and he will let you know what is going on.
I have used his press release service and is other services and i am glad I found such a great person to deal with.
The press releases are well written and are live with amazing percentage.

Can we have your order number as we dont see any mails from your end nor any orders from you pending for delivery. Your last order was received on April 2nd and the report was delivered on April 10th and after that we dont see any order from. Please provide the details so that we can help you.
