I have placed 4 orders so far. I have been holding off on placing anymore orders until I receive updates on my current orders. There are 2 orders that I am concerned with. I already spoke to someone through email support but I have not seen anything happen with either order since those conversations took place.
Order #1: Place on Apr 1st 2014​ (over 70 days ago)
I received an update on Apr 11th. As far as I can tell, no work has been done on this video after the initial work was done in the first 10 days. It has now been over 70 days since the order was placed and the video's blog post still has less than 500 backlinks. Again, I spoke to email support and someone assured me that the video was still being worked on. However, as far as I can tell, no work has been performed. It has less than 500 backlinks and still only has half of the promised views.
I have been very patient. I am actually still very patient. I think you guys provide a great service and I am not upset. I would just like to get things going so I can move forward and place more orders.

I've never received any reports on the campaign. I spoke to support about this order and you guys offered to upgrade it. I am very grateful for that. However, I still have no idea how the order is coming along. I can only check rankings and not much is changing.
My most recent orders were placed on may 16 & 17. It has only been 30 days and the rankings seem to be fairly decent so far. I don't have any issues with these orders. The problems with my first 2 orders just make me nervous that the same thing may happen with these videos also.
