Personally, I'd have to say video games.

Any kind of break time doing something you love always helps.

Could be video games, sports any activity. Point is to lay off some stress and you'll be really surprised by how much better you are when you get back to work.

Gym and cold showers. Works 100%. Throw in meditation and you are golden. I highly suggest you try all or either one of them.
