I have decided to document a journey (My 1st IM Project) that I started about a month ago. I found a niche (Health) that is pretty open with several keywords to target. These keywords all range somewhere between 1,000 - 18,000 monthly searches. My partial EMD site currently has 80 articles on it and I'll be adding some articles weekly. I have written all these articles myself and will be writing the others myself as well.
Financial Goals: 10$/Day at first, and after this is achieved I will scale it to 50$ a day, and once that is achieved then I will set a new goal.
Task Goals: Optimize all the pages according to PhpBuilt Authority site guide in order to enter the SERPs at a decent position (Top 150), which I did over the past 2 days, so now I await some SERP results.
My next task goal is to begin the back linking for 5 inner pages that target keywords with a minimum 3k monthly searches each. I will do this by building Web 2.0s, Article Directories, Social Bookmarks and then using a fiverr gig for the tier 2s & 3. If anyone has anything else to add about back linking, I would greatly appreciate any advice.
Guidance: I would greatly appreciate if those who are experienced in such journeys to offer some advice as to how to get into the SERPS at a favorable position without back linking (My main problem at the moment), as well as back linking tips in order to hit first page after getting into the SERPS.
The majority of the CPCs for the keywords are somewhere between 2-4$ and the advertiser competition varies.
I expect to be able to achieve the 10$ goal simply because over the next 8 weeks I am in recovery from a jaw surgery (lower jaw advancement) so I have all day to do SEO and build links as well as other tasks that might be required. Additionally, I have a younger brother who will be helping me out in building links and such, so there's basically 2 of us working on this project, which would hopefully speed things up.
Monetization: Once I begin getting over 100 visitor a day, I will monetize the site through adsense. If BHW members recommend I also add some CPA offers or other monetization methods as well, I'll implement these suggestions.
If anyone has noticed that I've made some sort of mistake or missed something completely, please let me know

- Each page targets a keyword that is at 1-1.5% density.
- Keywords that are 3 or more words are kept at a density below 1% (According to Phpbuilt's guide)
- The pages are interlinked via generic/relevant contextual links
- Titles includes the keyword in them but isn't only the keyword
- Keyword isn't in the H tags except for H1.
- The keywords are assigned to categories that have been noindexed.
- The Blog/Site name doesn't include the Keyword in it at all (Implemented this change based on phpbuilt's guide as well)

- To prepare for the Web 2.0s I have written an article and spun it such that the spun articles are all 88% minimum unique, this should make creating web 2.0s easier.
