newbie girl wants help with wordpress theme installation!

Use filezilla or your cPanel to upload the theme. First extract the archive you are uploading and see if it has another folder or not. If it doesn't then create a folder and put all the files from the archive in it and now upload the folder to your hosting through ftp or cPanel. It is the simplest method for beginners.
