The reason I'm posting this thread, is because it changed my life a year back and made me into the person I am today.

I know that a lot of people here have seen it before, some practice it and some simply didn't believe enough, but I can assure you all that it's worth the try.

I hope I can inspire at least one person today, It will make me very happy that I did.
