I never did that. We have done over 25+ million words and got over 100s of positive reviews. One negative review by a person who anyway scammed us doesn't mean much. You should know better if you call yourself tech savvy.

Anybody can leave anything negative about anybody on the internet. Doesn't mean much.

And you must have seen how the problem was solved. Right? Within hours, is that correct? Or did you not care about the other side of the story?

1. He asked for rewrites from his own website.

2. The work delivered passed copyscape.com and was human written. Not spun. Just as to his spec.

3. He received a 110% refund.

4. I offered to do free work for him but he disappeared after that.

5. The reason behind his order was to leave a negative review rather than to get good articles, which he did get by the way.
