Manual spinners with custom dictionary

I work mainly with non-English content so otherwise great free spinners like Ezarticlelink are useless for me, but this got me thinking if there's spinners where one would be able to use / grow their own dictionary? And in the likely case no, how much would you expect having to pay for someone to create a spinner like the one mentioned? No content needed, I can work that up over time myself, but just the functionality.

I believe you can add your own custom thesaurus for any language in "the best spinner" tool.

If you're looking custom made solution then it'll cost you high.

At least they seem to advertise such, and the cost doesn't seem that bad so I'll go and at least give it a try. Doesn't hurt to have English spinner as well, need that content occasionally anyhow. Thanks!
