Ok so I just used friendblaster pro this morning and when it reached a captcha i saw a link that said
New! Sick of CAPTCHAs? Click here!
So I clicked and got this message (picture of message attached)
message body:
No More CAPTCHAs
Eliminate CAPTCHAs by verifying your mobile phone.
No Captcha!
Please enter your 10 digit cell phone number:
(e.g. 222-333-4444)
Please select your cell phone provider:
After you submit your cell phone number you will be sent a code that you will need to enter to be free from CAPTCHAs on MySpace on this computer! However, this will free up CAPTCHAs on this computer only, so please do not do this on a public computer.
By choosing to receive mobile notifications from MySpace, you are electing to receive text messages to your wireless device. MySpace does not charge additional fees for this service but you may incur charges from your wireless service provider in connection with receipt of such messages.
Go ahead and try and add a friend on myspace that requires captcha and you will see the link. But anyway I'm wondering if there is any risk in sending them your number besides the obvious spam. I know that friendblaster violates terms of use but I don't think you can get arrested for breaking terms of use or can you? Has anyone tried this? Thanks in advance.
