can i get refund so i can add new videos? almost all my videos are deleted 
I used this service for 7 videos of mine starting May 14 and all the videos are fine and are up and running. I did not lose any views or any videos. I used the low risk retention views and as mentioned everything is okay.
Sop for people loosing videos maybe it has something to do with your channel or video.

Low risk retention views and no they were not targeted just worldwide.

I apologize for the delay. We are aware of the issue with bans, anyone who had bans, please email the video URL to [email protected] and you will be offered a full refund (only low risk, high risk has no refunds). We have been and are continuing to make updates all weekend. Views ARE still running, but there's still the risk as usual. We went fine for a couple months but unfortunately this ban happened. Why YouTube decides to ban videos for views they counted and not just remove the views they counted is completely beyond me, but they never cease to amaze...
I will keep everyone posted with when our changes are completely done, but we're definitely working on some new stuff. Like I said, views are still running, but there's the risk, as usual. No one can or will ever offer 100% safe views, I don't know that its possible these days. We will keep working to build a stronger system and hopefully we can get past this or YT will realize how reckless they are for banning videos when they decided to count the views. The sick part is, theres people who use old bad scripts to videos and get innocent peoples videos banned, but they don't seem to care...
Anyways, back to working on all this. Please email us any deleted video issues to [email protected] and we will handle it right away! Sorry guys, we're working non-stop to make changes and hopefully prevent this from happening again.

I don't agree this with you mgblack, YT want us to promote the video with them. Not to others services!! As i told before, its just like a cat and mouse game. The YT now banned the views made by other services. So now wait for a moment until Dagreyon find a way to pass this bad situation. Better wait now...!!
