Hi OP,

I am using a VPS from you for 3-4 months. First month all had decent speed (both vps and internet).
Now the VPS is barely at 20% speed compared to first month. I already talked with support and changed server once (because other users were abusing servers). However that didn't solve the problem.

I just tried to open a simple notepad and it took 2 minutes to open it.

Saw i think your ticket on email, and both server are not cpu issue i think. At least current one i'm sure of this.
I think it's could be a network problem with packet lost, so action and such are slow to be sent or lost due of network.

Please pm me your ip and do a tracert to your server from your DSL.

Could be also the virtual partition too, saw last week one vps allocate to qcow partition format and that's , it's quite slow one and we only use RAW partition (RAW = dedicaced disk without compression as real partition one). But i doubt about that's.

Just placed an order for a VPS few minutes ago, and got the instructions in my email within few minutes. I finished setting up the VPS by following the guide, and it's ready now. Everything's good so far.

I am having a problem with my VPS. Whenever I open google.com, google.com.tw is opened. It's not just with google, all the websites and ads are shown for Taiwan. I followed every instruction given in the file and set up the VPS as mentioned in the pdf file.
Does anyone else have this problem or know a solution to this problem? I would really appreciate it if someone can help me.

P.S.-I already submitted a ticket last night and they said it's my fault and asked for my login info, which I gave them right away but I haven't received any reply from them yet.

this morning staff that's start work will get back to you.

so it's mostly due of a software install, or maybe something you do when setup/browse on first step

I followed all the steps one by one to complete the setup. I selected US as the country, and there was no other option anywhere where I could have entered a wrong country. So, I am pretty sure that it's not because of me.
Waiting for the support to answer my ticket.
