What types of backlinks are these ?

I recently saw my competitor's links and he had some advertisements types of links. Around 90% of his links were of these type.
The Keyword has a 70K+ monthly searches and he is ranking #2

Looks like some classified ads or something.

It's a "Text Link Ad". Google clamped down on those around 4 years ago. Don't why they are using it now.

Or sape, so called "block format" of links' output. It's more rare than standard format.

check Map of links on ahrefs.com , if its from russian then its sape. Sape provide such formats.
