ebay banned me

I'm not particularly upset about this, since I'm now working the adult biz and doing quite well (thank you), but thought I'd let you guys/gals know... "be safe out there"... by the way, I wasn't doing any cookie stuffing or anything, and the adult thing was in no way related to ebay.. I would be curious as what they found, since I don't even remember being banned before

During a recent review, we found that your account is related to a previous banned account. Your account has been terminated and 100% of your pending commissions will be reversed.

The eBay Partner Network monitors records of all banned affiliates and does not permit re-entry into the network. This is outlined in Section L. 3. iii. of the eBay Partner Network Agreement

(3) Termination by ePN or an Advertiser

Upon termination ePN will deactivate your account and you shall no longer accrue payments in your account, including but not limited to subsequent Qualifying Transactions where the clicks on the Links occurred prior to termination. If ePN terminates this Agreement for cause, you will not be eligible to enter into a new click-through agreement, and any attempt to do so will be null and void.

Your new account will be terminated immediately along with 100% reversal of your pending commissions.

I received the very same email today and I'm only even using Ebay on a few sites that were pure whitehat.

Thankfully, these sites have nothing to do with my core business.

I don't know what Ebay's problem is - screw em!

Ebay is trying to cut down affiliate commission by banning affiliates with lame and unexplainable reasons thus turning them into their own profits - Best 2009 recession cutting cost method.

I tried to enter my epn account today and the pass won't work. I have this account since the beggining of epn. Tried to ask for a new password but it just repeats the catcha.

Never received an email or anything else. Does this mean I'm banned? Don't they say something?
