Looking for the BEST Webdesigner / Coder for bigger Project

hey guys,

im in the need of a professional webdesigner and coder for my new project. i already have full content of the website and also some design previews how the website should look like. it will have 7 inner pages with some special features like "drop down menu boxes" were customers can choose and configurate diffrent packages and order / pay directly over the website via paypal. Other than that i will need the full website coded in to wordpress CMS for customer friendly useage. Here would be a good example about the "boxes" i talked about just go here: http://www.qqtube.com/ when you scroll down a bit you see their "boxes" with diffrent packages. I will need similar boxes on 6 innerpages.

My budged will be 400$ for this job. I will need you guys to send me website design previews / portfolio to see what kind of quality you are able to deliver and also to have an idea about your graphic / coding skills.

IF you know a very good deisgner/coder you can recommend me please do so

The budget that you have set is going to reflect the type of work people can do. I'm not bashing anybody here but price does correspond with value.
Have you considered Odesk or freelancer?
