A good local SEO service in BHW

I am just after the local lead generation idea that has been shared here multiple times. Only thing I need is someone reliable who can manage website plus SEO of whatever clients I get. I already have 2-3 keywords and website to start with. Couldn't find any such service in BST so posted a thread. Please reply here or please help with linking to some reliable local seo service in BHW
