but I want good traffic as like PPV , SEO , email , PPD , GSA , FB aap and more ..........

Suddenly you're talking about your account payment times and wanting "good traffic". I thought your supplying the traffic? PPD is a form of monetisation and GSA is a piece of software used in SEO to generate traffic.

Perhaps ask a friend that is slightly better at explaining himself/herself to proofread your post because like Nilsz said, you won't be forming any new business relationships like this.

So you only want someone to help handle your accounts and YOU will get traffic and then you will share the profits with the JV partner. That sounds a bit suspicious.

lol, it's suspicious because why would someone need a JV to manage their account only. Managing an account is not that hard imo, getting traffic and leads is which you're already getting yourself. So why do you need a JV if you don't want to scam him? What's so hard in managing a cpa account for you?
