Following are the things which I always look to be provided by my travel agent:
1) Anytime WI-FI network.
2) Medical facility for emergency cases.
3) Decent Behavior.

May be some place where they can see beautiful beach, sunset.
Or where can we find cheap hotel, food etc.

Museum etc.

Or historical places where they will get to know more about the country
