I haven't heard, for blogspot but there are so many plugins for wordpress.

I think it is better to go manually in this, the benefit of is that you can personally monitor all the changes. And you can prepare it according to your like.
There are software available like WP Robot and others, but manual is good.

Auto-publishing isn't much of an issue, there're some software floating around, but like somebody mentioned it won't hurt to pay some freelancers to generate some proper content for your site.

You mean you want a software solution, which will automatically generate content and post it for you on your blog? Like Twitterfeed, but for blog posts?
This seems like a bad idea, even if the above mentioned software exists. You'll either get penalized by Google, or lose all of your traffic, because of the s*ity content. Or both.
Wordpress will post the articles for you (I'm sure you know that). But if you want to be successful at all, you have to come up with your own content.
