I won't need it each month, can i just put it on hold (no payment for a couple of months) and just resume payments later when need more accounts?

Its 1 license per machine, we offer bulk license discounts if you want to buy multiple licenses. You can pause subscriptions in between and just resubscribe again when needed.

Yes it creates google and yt accounts now, but non pva.
