Transfer money from paypal to neteller

i have about 48.8$ in my paypal account and i want to transfer the money to neteller and i don't have a credit card,is there any thing i can do !!!pleas help this is very important to me

I see you still hang around the forums on BHW. Are you going to refund me the 800$ I paid to you for a Bing Ads account more than a MONTH ago and I still don' t have or are you going to take the money and run? If you can prove he scammed you, you can try using the shitlist section of the forum to get it resolved.

Thanks mate, I will check that. I have proof like the western union document for the transfer and all Skype conversations between him and me...
