Hi all!

My name is Mark and I am an owner of boutique marketing agency dealing in very unique marketing niche.
We have been working with companies like Dell and IBM and we have new and exciting endeavours ahead of us.
We have just started new project and we are looking for unique and talented people to join in.
You will be able to work in friendly environment. No relocation - work from home is required.

Skills we are looking for:
-good understanding of SEO, advertising and branding
-traceable record of excellence and perfect work etiquette
-at least basic knowledge of html and php
-ability to do advanced research

What do we offer:
-attractive salary with bonus system (we offer $3K base + attractive bonuses based on performance that can multiply base amount)
-possibility to work in unique niche and with a friendly team
-ability to grow and learn

Since we are posting this offer on a few private groups - I will be not doing Skype interviews - I expect to close this offer in 2-3 days max as usually that long takes for us to find new member to join our team.
If you want to apply - simply send me a private message with your contact details and make me want to contact you. If you know marketing and you are really good at it - you will be able to make a good impression in just one message.
As a title of message include words "Mark Developer". We dont want people that cannot read simple instructions to apply. Messages with different titles will be ignored.

Please note: I have just joined BHW recently so I cannot reply to PMs!

Thanks and Good Luck,

Mark Developer

I'd like to get more information, how does one contact you? Apart from PM, since you can't answer.

Really? Here are my 2 cents:

  • Bad Grammar (for the owner of a successful company?)
  • Your "attractive salary" is actually very low for a marketing specialist in the US. (Especially since Home Office usually pays more than a in-office gig)
  • No mention of terms of condition/employment, contract length, benefits etc
  • The name... the bloody name!! Mark "Developer" is like CEO Sam, no legit company uses a name like that to recruit "unique" peeps!
  • The fact that you don't give out the name, location or website etc of the company and supply no email makes it sound like email fishing.

I highly doubt this it legit.

OP, your recruitment strategy is crap therefore your agency is probably crap too.
That is of course, if it even actually exists and is not a figment of your imagination.

Well, I say isn't but what I mean is it isn't always necessary to have good grammar. It depends what your business is more than anything.

I never said I am native English speaker. Do I have to get my posting proof read before sending it to BH forum? Or is the title of this forum misleading and I should treat it like LinkedIn? I wrote this post as an addition to ad we have on different mediums - I did it just to see if this forum would be better place to find someone like that. There was no hiring strategy behind it or anything, just curiosity and post sent at 5am when I was finishing my work to see if I should move more towards forums to look for new members of our team. Also - I am not a sales person working in the English Web - I work for brick and mortar companies - my English skills are good enough for what I do.

Did I say anywhere I am looking for people from US only? If $3K + bonuses based on performance + stability is not enough for someone - he dont need to apply. I bet there is many countries where this salary is more than satisfying.

  • No mention of terms of condition/employment, contract length, benefits etc

This is work from home - I think you lost me there. As of contract length etc this would be discussed to potential applicants only.

  • The name... the bloody name!! Mark "Developer" is like CEO Sam, no legit company uses a name like that to recruit "unique" peeps!

My name is Mark and I am Developer. Sorry for not coming up with name like "PimpOfStars" or any other childish name. I dont call myself CEO or Director or anything. Anything on my mind that was related to "Mark" that I usually register was taken - sorry for not being inventive with nickname. I guess thats what makes people legit here - fancy names.

  • The fact that you don't give out the name, location or website etc of the company and supply no email makes it sound like email fishing.

Yep, I will give website, email and more details to my legit business on Black Hat forum so it gets indexed. Thats an amazing strategy!

If those are points that this offer is non-legit - cool. I dont have idea why would I lie, maybe there were some issues on this forum before with people using hiring method to scam. Anyway, I was recommended to this forum by my good friend, and here I am. I am not forcing anyone to apply and I am not intended to start work with anyone without proper contract signed and interview done.

I dont understand the hate to be honest, if you dont like the ad - dont apply. As simple as that. Its not like I am trying to ask people to work before getting proper contract, or trying to get them fill some offers before interview...

Okay, let me rephrase that. Your salary is far too low for the market in the US, Europe and the rest of the civilized world. Sounds cocky? Nope. It just shows that you're throwing out numbers that sound like a lot of money to YOU.

Home office jobs have conditions too. For example:
  • how many hours per day
  • 5 or 6 days a week
  • what timezone is the company located in, as this affects my working hours. (Due to conference calls, online team meetings etc..)

  • The name... the bloody name!! Mark "Developer" is like CEO Sam, no legit company uses a name like that to recruit "unique" peeps!

So what has a developer got to do with recruiting? Nothing. I was trying to point out the fact that you could have taken something without a title in it (or maybe the company name)

Ah, so you don't want people to see your great job offering here? Righty-ho then! Makes it more legit doesn't it?

There's seriously no hate here, you just completely neglected to make your "offering" look real and usually that points towards someone pulling a fast one.

Its not a lot of money for me - how could I run a successful company and get excited about $3K while hiring person for same amount? $3K base + bonuses that can multiply this few times sounds like right money to me for position we have - I am not looking for self proclaimed guru or SEO seller that can make more. Not everyone can work on their business and rake $10K in a week. Some people have kids, families and need stream of guaranteed money. $3K is a base. Everything else is optional. I know many people that made a mistake and lost a lot - but yet they are extremely experienced and would like to take a break and work in a team on sure fire thing. If you say $10K a month while working normal hours and delivering results is bad - well then this offering is not for you.

Its as mentioned before - the work is performance based. You can work 3 days a week or 7. I dont care - as long as minimum is done you get base as stated in OP. There is not much work to get base - but we are not looking for people aiming at minimum anyway. Timezone does not affect work. The list each week is send and tasks described. There is basically 24/7 some of us online. I usually stay up evenings (GMT time) and my partner is working mornings. The more tasks you complete and more time you work, the better is pay. Simple as that. Details will be presented to folks I find interesting to talk to.

So what has a developer got to do with recruiting? Nothing. I was trying to point out the fact that you could have taken something without a title in it (or maybe the company name)

Yeah, nothing. Its just my nickname. I am not professional recruiter and I signed up to this forum not to recruit people. Again - using company name on BH forum could backfire. Its just s freaking nickname. Who cares? I am not going to name myself BlackWanker just so it looks more legit, right?

Ah, so you don't want people to see your great job offering here? Righty-ho then! Makes it more legit doesn't it?

I never said that. I said I dont want to share my company details on BH forum so when someone is doing background check he sees my details on a forum where buying FB likes, SEO packages and other BH marketing services is as easy as 1-2-3. It seems you have never run or worked for legit offline marketing company. Also if no-one can connect me to my real company I dont need to give a damn about wording and acting like a corporate prick.

There's seriously no hate here, you just completely neglected to make your "offering" look real and usually that points towards someone pulling a fast one.

Next time I will ad some pics of ferrari, and put in title $20.000!!!!1111oneoneone - maybe this will be more legit.
Listen, its Sunday, I am going to play some tennis now and wont be around for few hours. If someone doesn't want to apply - cool. I have registered just to chill in here. So maybe I will refrain from posting any proper For Hire ads. It seems way to many people dont believe person with few posts on this forum can actually not only run a business, but also will not give a damn about grammar or LinkedIn style job posts.

So anyone wants to apply - go ahead. If not - then dont. Enjoy your Sunday all.
