I'm still not too familiar with this concept when it comes to long tail phrases.
I've read a few threads on here that say to try and get 1%-2% keyword density but the examples given were for general phrases like "lose weight" or "payday loans"
If I target let's say "Losing weight in a month with weights" does the keyword density still have to be within the 1%-2% area or can it be lower?
I ask because a lot of the articles on my site have around 0.5% kw density due to not being able to fit the phrase anywhere else without it sounding weird.
