Sorry, we only accept credit cards. We used to accept paypal but people kept paying with fraudulent accounts.

I know low conversion rate is not always the traffics fault at times its your sale page but I mean if you purchase 100000000 visitors and no one purchases anything something is wrong.

Well, I just burned through 500.00 on at media traffic and No conversions. Don't blame the traffic. Some things us don't convert. I have proof too...

Paypal does not give the money if the account is fraudulent. Paypal is just another step between the customer and the merchant. People who have paypal, generally have a credit card or debit card. Thanks for questions.

These are visitors as with any advertising. I/we/you do not have control over the visitors. If your offer happens to entice the person viewing it, then it should be a good opportunity.
