Has SAPE stopped accepting Entropay VCC?

Hi guys, I tried to add an entropay vcc card but was shown a message: payment on this card cannot be processed(translated)

not sure if i get the vcc card details correctly:

Name: ENTROPAY USER?
Bank: Bank of Valletta?

Doesn't work for me either, tried yesterday.
