Buy Articles To The Site:(16) $40 <------ I know that may seem cheep but I got lucky and found a supplier that deliver for a cheap price and are still extremely readable)

Buy A seo package from BHW: I'll most likely end up going with lady gaga google rider (119.99) or Sherlock homes hacks google ($105)

Hosting: I'll most likely end up going with someone from BHW $(5-10 per month)

Serp tracking: I'll just be using serpfox

Yep, thats what I plan to do, although I just saw that hosting was free for a year.

Have you considered getting a combination of SEO+ SMO for your seo purpose.

Just getting backlinks for SEO wont help you out, Google needs to see a lot of social signals each month along with backlinks to rank your site better these days.

Infographics, Videos, Ppts, Yahoo Answers etc will also help for better SEO
