[WTH] Add another button on my website

Hey guys I just want to hire someone to do this easy task. I really want to do it by myself but I have no knowlegde in php & js. So I guess I need to hire someone. Please no time waster. I can pay in advance if you are a trusted member here. But if not we will discuss about the payment.

Here is how my website look

I want to replace the "download" button with "Free Download" and then add "Direct Download"

When the visitor clicks the "Free Download" button this will happen :

- so basically after they have clicked the "Free Download" button the "Free Download" button will be replaced with "60 seconds Please Wait"

After the 60 second wait delay is gone the "60 Seconds Please wait" will be replaced with the download link of the file from database

If you click the free download button there you will need to wait 30 seconds to download the file. This is what I want to add in my website.
