Do you offer adsense keywords like Bluematter said making 100$/day?
1. EMD is not necessary
2. have enough advertisers
3. niche can't be too small that I'm going to write 100 articles in the niche. so 1000 searches is too small and it should have enough long tail kws
4. competition low to medium
