15$ would be just great for me,I'm not hunting for 100$ a day now but it is great that this method allows to earn so much a day.
I have to ask,I live outside of the USA,will this work for me?Will I be able to recieve payments?

I have made $109 using this method, I made about 20 ads for different products and I repost to different cities. I have people emailing me all day .

You can see their terms of service on the site and I'm not sure if anyone has been accepted without a website but this is an easy thing to put together just to be let in.

can you do this if your outside USA, and how would you pass the test without a website (for the business + refer info page)?

Far more than $15 per day should be very easily achievable, especially using a few BH or GH methods. It works with other countries besides the U.S. but you'll have to check with the site to see which ones they allow.
