It a Just Purely IP domain, and he send 8.3k . Rest of this backlink, none are PBN.

1. HTML Website, Self Hosted Domain.
2. Brand New EMD + Word + . Net (Example Keyword is Dog Training, The URl is DogTrainingNewYork.Net)
3. 6 Page Content Website, with Image and Good Internal Linking (No YT Vid , No Wiki Links )
