Yes you can, you can change the amount at the time of checking out in paypal, like this:
1. You go to our site (http://gsa-ser-list.royserpa.com/)
2. You choose the package you want. (In the next step you can choose how many packages you would like.
3. You can change the amoung of packages you want like in the picture below.
4. Click update and pay and I will quickly send your order!

Would the report be in excel file?
Would they be in different links types like a column for article directories and another column for blog comments and stuff?
And lastly, for the 1million+ links, how do you divide the site type for each category (1/10 for article directories, 1/10 for forums, or are they at random)?
The purpose of asking the last question is I won't be needing more than half of the postable platforms for GSA (only posting in article dir, wiki, web 2.0, social network and forums).
