My website is ranking page 1 for a couple of keywords, today while checking serps lost all keywords on page 1 and now I'm at page 5-7...

Is this website penalized? And cannot regain rank whatever strong SEO thing I push? Is this website good a junk now?

You are most probably penalized if you dropped by that much overnight. Would have to see your site though to see what kind of penalty it might have been.
But my guess is that you have been over-optimizing

Yeah i guess so too.. is this site good as junk now? Wont I regain rank whatever SEO I do? Is there anything I can do like disavow links to regain rank?

This. You might just be experiencing some minor update or dance, and will be back to normal in a little while. Don't give up just yet.

Hard to answers without given the site name or at least more information. Usually, it could just be:

1. Google dance (due to new strong incoming links)

2. Over-optimization on on-page. (Tweaked a few stuff on the on-page settings? this might have caused it)

3. Losing links because the links were on domains which were deindexed (there were recent updates which also deindexed a tons of domains)

4. New links having similar anchor texts (the recent links were indexed and have similar,repeated keywords as anchor texts)

Those are the only scenarios I can think of at the moment.

Perhaps it's a dance or you should counter what you have just done.

I have been ranking for 2 months now.

No messages on GWT, Last few days I minimized my backlinking than usual since It's been ranking steadily.

Wow, definitely penalized. If you have the site connected to Google's WMT, you can actually see what keyword/traffic type you had before and what went wrong exactly on th edate the traffic stopped.

While I would suggest to wait for a few days it is most likely that you are penalized. A drop of 50+ is usually what a penalty looks like.
