What Android Phones Have Great Cameras?

I used to have an HTC One Mini and loved it, apart from the camera.

I've now got a Nokia 1020 and love the camera but hate everything else about it.

I want to get a new phone that's an Android but still has a great camera. Any suggestions?

I would recommend you HTC One Max, my current smartphone, its camera is improved a lot and you can upload in few second even a HD video on Youtube
I also used Xperia Z1, featuring a 8MP camera, but somehow it reacts a little bit slower than HTC, probably because the processor isn`t that promising

Nexus 5 is decent enough for me. plus you can tweak it with various custom firmware. Galaxy S5 didn't do much for me that justified the cost, that wasn't just a gimmick.

Z1 or Z2 both have quite extraordinary cameras
