Hi , Inbox rate is not depend on powermta configuration , powermta is great smtp software for mailing you can do whatever you want but inbox rate is not only depends on powermta there are lots of things you have to do to get good inbox rate. We can provide you 100% inbox rate if you are optin sender although we have got good result with optout sender .. what you need to get good inbox rate
- Proper authentication - DKIM , DOMAIN KEY , SPF , SENDER ID , DMARC
- Keep complaints down, pretty obvious, you don't want people clicking the junk button on your emails
- Ensure you have 0 spamtraps in your data, not always easy but depending on volumes you're sending you can identify them
- Ensure your server is not operating as an open relay
- Offer clear and easy unsubscribes on all your emails
- Add List-Unsubscribe to your headers
- Sign up to all available feedback loops
- Handle bounce and unsubscribers in proper way
