Honestly bro, you can call it whatever you want to and make it with any number of a hundred different tools. No coding required unless you want to do it from scratch or add some special sauced to it. Also, you neither have to be a Jr. VIP or a guru to look around BHW and realize that it's really easy just to have someone make a lander for you.....for a price.
