I received my report today and also got 10,000 more links than I ordered. The sites that these are posted on have thousands of external links and hardly any internal. They have no PR either. The volume of links is good, but I think we are past the age of quantity over quality. I'm slightly scared that the volume of low quality links provided in this service will actually hurt me in G-man's eyes.

I will add that the seller was very friendly and helpful with my questions. There is no question that he means well.

Thanks for the review. Yes this is a volume service, where quality of links can be lower. Ive never yet had anyone thats been penalized for such links, as that would make negative SEO easy. However if you go with too many links too fast then indeed it can lower your rank temporarily.

Also are you sure there was no PR? If so let me know and Ill double check and I can do some PR links. I don't filter the lists and there are always link in there with PR on the page.

Thanks for the followup. Thats about average for this service, I apologize if that does not meet your expectations. It is a volume service of course and no pr links do still count. Plenty of them don't have pr just because there hasn't been an update, and some may gain pr in the future, or not. However no pr links do help you rank as well, they just don't carry as much weight as pr links do.

Just got mine package done on the 12th of June. All links were there plus an extra 10,000 links. Great communication.

Used this service many times and haven't gotten any penalty related to it. No increase with my keywords but that will change in the coming weeks from previous experience.

Overall good service and will use again in the future.

No, they are all done in a matter of a few days. However I don't force index them. So google will find them in time. Meaning most are found in the first 3 weeks, but some can take up to 12 weeks as thats the max limit that google re crawls their index in.
