My review:
I just received my report and i must say that linksmaster did a great job.
The report contains all the links by category (Web2.0 Blogs, EDU posts, EDU profiles, Niche relevant links, Social Network Posts, Forum profiles, Article submission links and Social Bookmarks) and he even overdelivered.
I just checked a few random links from each category and all are live and most are already indexed.
I can see that the links were manually made and are of good quality.
Most of articles used are spun like stated in the OP but they are readable, pass copyscape and have a correspondent image. I specially like the quality of the Web2.0 Blogs, they look clean and professional.
It's too early to see significant serp changes, i'm seeing positive movements on most of my keywords but i'm expecting big results in the next couple of weeks thanks to this service.
Overall great quality service, great TAT for the work involved, great communication and above all great quality links.

Before leaving a review on BST, I always wait a week or two after the report is delivered to see how rankings behave.
In this case, it's been 10 days since I received my report and here's what I have to note down:
- I can see already slight increases in the rankings. And I guess that's just the beginning!
- Web 2.0 titles are unique and real looking.
- The properties themselves look very nice, in case someone lands on them.
- The content used is good, unique and of decently spun quality.
- Relevant pictures are used in them, which is a plus.
- Not to mention all the crazy amount of links and work done in the Tier 2 and 3.
Judging by the report and the work done, OP cares about the service and does the job professionally. Recommended, and looking forward to work with you again.

Apology for the late review. I have been very busy with the stuffs and it's being tough to maintain everything.
However, the though time with one of my site had been covered by linksmasters with his awesome service. I have been working with multiple projects and seriously I am not having enough time to give for SEO to all my projects. And thats when I thought to try the service to offload my work for few of the projects.
From the start linksmaster cared about my site and have shown real professionalism while dealing with my site. That's what I value most when buying any service. I would like my money to be on someone's hand who cares of my property like his own. You would get all the way A+ for that alone man!
The quality of the service has blown my mind, the site I have sent him was one of my low concentration area site from which I don't expect much. However, although not expected, I have seen VERY good improvement in ranking for the site I have given him. Surely I didn't expect FIRST PAGE ranking when I was sitting on page 4. THANKS!!
I have hand checked the report linksmaster provided, and every properties linksmaster built for my site looks real good. The content was good for the properties built, and I can see the power if I go with more packages.
