hey bro, its been a week, i have emailed your email address 3 times, you responded to one of my Pm's saying to email you but that was after i had already emailed you twice. I pm'd you back and emailed you a third time. Do you know when i can expect my deposits as you said it takes 24-72 hrs but today makes a week since I purchased your vcc. I hope to hear from you and hate that i had to post this on your thread but i cant get a response out of you so as long as we get this squared away and my paypal gets unlocked then i will post an update to this message.

If i want to lift my UK limits will a fake UK DL work (along with a fake utility bill) or does paypal verify them as the UK is in the EU?
