Help Regarding [OPEN SOURCED] RBTUploader (All-In-One Torrent Uploader)

As I daily upload too many torrents on multiple sites so it sometimes gets pain in the ass to uploads same torret to multiple sites.

But one day day I found solution to this i.e. API Uploading when ET admin posted it there , problem is I don't know nothing abt PHP n API

So I started searching for a program which would exist ( as various professional groups uploads torrents to sites without logging in ) n I found a C# Based Open Source Project named RBTUploader (All-In-One Torrent Uploader).

There is a problem the developer is not having free time to work on it again so he made it open source and I need some sites added to this project n I know nothing about C# So may anyone help me ?
