You mean do they pay affiliates?
Simply email them and ask to show references on top affiliate forums where people talk about them and their payments.
If they can't do that, skip on them and look at some affiliate programs inside big affiliate networks like click bank for digital products or CJ for physical products.

MLM/Network Marketing should not be considered real marketing.
Anything that relies on getting other people to sign up is a pretty bad way to make money.
