Question on Dedicated IPs

I have a VPS with 2 free dedicated IPs. I see that first IP is

- 68.122.18.321

And second is:

- 68.122.19.321

Only one digit has changed!

Now, if I buy few more IPs, will they have this similar pattern? What I mean is will the next IP be 68.122.20.321... then 68.122.21.321 and so on?

Will that create a footprint if I am going to host my own PBN on this server? Or that's how dedicated IPs are usually assigned?

I have this hosting for over 5 years now. Always neglected it until now. It'd be nice to know if I can host all the PBN at one place, without having to register and pay for new hosting companies.

If you buy in bulk, then in most cases yes, I hope these aren't real IPs by the way, if they are remove them immediately before someone tries to hack your vps

Nameservers can be a footprint, I guess? I hope not. Lemme research more.
