Lol you dont use add me fast with the hopes of expecting real people , you gotta build comment hashtag like follow to get real people the old fashioned way

Use addmefast to send likes, followers, etc to your page. The more interaction it looks like you have, the more people will want to interact with your page. You do this fake stuff in the beginning until legit people take over themselves.
For the bot it depends how you use it. You want to like, comment, follow, etc people who are in your niche. This will get them to look at your page, see your content and interaction from bots and follow you.

Can this have a negative affect though? Lets say i have 15k followers on ig but they are all bots. There is no way to get rid of them that im aware of, and if someone clicks on the following it will just show a bunch of empty profiles? Would I essentially want to get the followers up to the point to where im getting real interaction then go in and flag the empty profiles?

Well you have to keep in mind your average IG users aren't going to check your followers. I certainly don't. But that's the ultimate plan, to get enough real interaction to mask the fake followers.
Ok now what about from an seo perspective? lets say you put up a retweet with a link to your site. Will that boost or harm your ranking?
