New to the forum, new scammer...

I open this thread not because I didn't receive some product I bought, but because a member tries to get a product without actually paying for it.

Today my BST got live and today I got my first "scammer wannabe" customer.

Ok, so the accused member is someone who, coincidently enough, registered today June 4th, http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/members/779859-hellboybmt.html.

Some hours ago he bough the 1million URL package from my BST and some minutes ago opened a paypal dispute because "the payment wasn't authorized". Yea right... xD

Anyway, here's everything I know from him.

1st, he bought my service:

2nd, I sent him the list as requested:

3rd, he opened a paypal dispute: (It is in spanish, but it basically tells about a dispute opened and that I have 7 days to reply, which I did)

Now, obviously everything depends on Paypal at the moment, but I open this thread for people to know to be cautious when dealing with this member.

I thought this little bit of information might be useful since I know a lot of problems on the forum
lately have been originating from Vietnam. Looks like our little hellboy scammer has ties there and
could be linked directly to trying to hack user accounts here.

Looks interesting. Also an idea could be of creating like a central site where you can report scammers' username, emaiks, ids, etc. And make forum owners ban those usernames, emails, etc.

I don't think that possible. The simple fact is : On Internet, you can be who you want to be.

You can have 5 account on the same forum, specialy in world of hat, if you want to scam people, you can just by changing ip, proxy, change pseudo etc...

Or, maybe i'm less knowledge, and it's possible to track this bitchs on the net.

But, that idea is cool but not possible i think.
