Don't go for penalized domain...i don't know if it will hamper your moneysite or not but i am sure it will not help ranking that is i am sure of

How about buy aged domains and fire mass backlinks from GSA or similar tool..Does it helps in ranking ?

Hi,
I'm building a PB network, have searched and picked 12 domains with good backlink profiles, 35+ PA & DA but most of them have backlinks from chinese sites with chinese anchor texts. Does that matter when I want to build PBN which will help me to rank websites in American Google?
Also they have no PR and are picked from deleted domains (from expireddomains.net) and not expired, does that matter as well?
