I bought a review copy with a 50% discount so here goes...
Ok so communication is top notch, I received an email notifying me that all the content for my links has been written a few days after I made the order. And Also received an email to tell me that my order has been completed.
Obviously as mentioned by the OP, no reports are sent out which is a good thing.
I waited a few days after to let Ahrefs pick up some of the links so I could check them out and all the sites are aged with good metrics.
Slowly the links are being picked up by Ahrefs and obviously no SERP changes as of yet but I will give a follow up review after a few weeks once all the links have been indexed.
Oh and content was unique, readable and manually written. No spun garbage here! Links were placed naturally alongside other links to relevant pages on strong authority sites.

Update to confirm that my order was completed. It all on the hush hush for obvious, and good reasons but I'll know what I got for my money eventually 
If I'm happy I will certainly be using again, as quality and natural are my one and only concern at the moment. I could care less about keywords or what not. I'll let ya know.
