Looking for 'News' writer

Hello,

I'm wondering if it was possible to get some good content regarding a niche like EDM and even more specific.
I was thinking about getting someone writing news about the artists in that genre, and maybe try to get some interviews with some of them.

How am I supposed to find qualified content writers for this type of blog?
